Because our wines are handcrafted in very small lots, Oak Cliff Cellars wines are available on a limited basis, initially to our newsletter list and club members at a discounted pre-release price...and later to others who may want to try our wines.  Email us or use our secure purchase page to order and have these wines shipped directly to your home or office.
   
White Wines
 '10 Lake County Sauvignon Blanc (93 cases)

       A classic expression ofSauvignon Blanc fruit.  Though light in color, has perfect balance of citrus and herbs with a long finish.  For seafood, salads or just sipping.    $20

 '09 Sonoma Chardonnay (124 cases)

       Unoaked, crisp & refreshing, this wine has flavors of melon, pear and green apple. This versatile wine goes with salads, fish,  chicken and mild cheese and is also great as a party or dinner white.   $24 

 

 Lighter Reds

'07 Mendocino Pinot Noir  (240 cases) 

      Silver Medal, 2011 SF Chronicle Wine Competition!  

        Bronze Medal, 2011 Dallas Morning News Competition!  

        Mendocino fruit (70% from Anderson Valley,  3% from Manchester Ridge) is the basis for this beautiful  expression of the Pinot Noir Grape. Brilliant and clear in the glass with black cherries on the palate and a candied-apple nose, it finishes with cinnamon & spice.  The perfect all-round red dinner wine.   $35

 ‘10 Wild Diamond Mourvedre (70 cases)

        Bronze Medal, 2012 SF Chronical Wine Competition!

        A soft red with subtle flavors of blackberries and violets , a hint of clove and a dusty finish.  This is the ultimate food wine at 13.4% alcohol and will even go with some fish.    $24

 

Medium-bodied Reds

‘10 Rogues Blend (135 cases)

        Bronze Medal, 2012 SF Chronical Wine Competition! 

        Our version of a southern Rhone Cotes du Rhone or Chateauneuf du Papes, this red blend of Syrah (50%), Grenache (35%) and Mourvedre (15%) will excite the senses and add spice and enhance the flavors of grilled or bistro food.   $26

  ‘10 Wild Diamond Grenache (48 cases)

      The spicy red grape for which southern Rhone and many Spanish reds are known. Bright raspberries, cherries and strawberry with pepper on the finish.  A great wine for hearty game or spicy dishes.   $32

 '08 Curtis Ranch Zinfandel (141 cases)

        Big, jammy fruit in this Zinfandel red -- raspberry with pepper, spice and smoke on the finish.  Perfect with wild game, barbeque and  smoked meats.   $28

 '09 Firebrick Reserve Zinfandel (160 cases)

        Silver Medal, 2012 SF Chronicle Wine Competition!

       Dark plum, casis & hint of Asian spice. The perfect wine with beef, pork or lamb. The elegant fruit and wonderful balance will excite and enhance any meal.  This wine is still very young and has long-aging potential. $34

 '09 Lake County Petite Sirah (155 cases )

        Bronze Medal, 2012 SF Chronical Wine Competition!      

        Deep purple in color & a seductive nose of violets, this blockbuster offers a mouthful of boysenberries, blueberries and blackberries and finishes with chocolate notes.  Stands up well to pork, game or beef, but soft enough to pair with chocolate or mixed berries.  A young wine with long-aging potential. $42 

‘ 10 Wild Diamond Syrah (23 cases)

       Syrah is the king of the Rhone Valley and the primary grape for northern Rhone wines.  This big, bold, elegant wine is the perfect alternative to cabernet for steaks and big, hearty meals. (3 bottle limit)  $44
